Draft, not yet reviewed by a lawyer. It describes how [PRODUCT NAME] works today and will be checked before launch.

These terms apply to the use of [PRODUCT NAME], offered by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], [COMPANY ADDRESS], [BUSINESS / VAT NUMBER]. By creating an account you accept them on behalf of your business.

Give correct details, keep your password and verification codes to yourself, and make sure the people you invite follow these terms. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

The Free plan has the limits shown on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe; prices exclude VAT. A new account starts with a free Pro trial. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, without refunds for the rest of that period.

Your data stays yours. We process your customers' details on your behalf, as described in the privacy policy. You make sure you may store those details and send your customers booking emails.

Don't use the service for anything unlawful, for spam, or to attack, overload or get around the security of the service.

We work to keep the service available and correct, but can't guarantee it never fails. Drive times and routes are estimates.

As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect damage such as lost profit.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after a warning where possible.

Belgian law applies. Disputes go to the courts of the district where [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] has its registered office.

We tell account owners by email at least 30 days before important changes to these terms take effect.
